- Handbook module: do your full look-through when you sit down. A reminder card sits at the top of the app home screen until you tap Done. Look at Noah T.'s folder and the new Program Setup too, and try it with your real kids when ready. Print from Safari, not inside the chat app.
- Curriculum Organizer: check the Weeks 2, 3, and 4 story cards in the app. If they look right like Week 1, no follow-up run is needed.
- Schoolhouse Game Cards: run the last prompt, Weeks 25 to 27 (X, Y, and Z), and send the art back. Scout finishes the deck.
- Schoolhouse books: proof the last 8 pages of Book 9, Nine Brown Acorns. Then Scout narrates it and shelves it for Week 9.

Door Sign-In is built: big child buttons stamp in and out times, records lock once stamped, and the weekly sheet prints and saves to each folder. Form 12, Amendments: price or policy changes get a signed one-page amendment filed in each folder; unsigned ones show on What's Missing. Drafts save with a DRAFT, NOT FINISHED mark and do not count as on file; real folders archive instead of delete; yearly health papers set next year's due date on their own; a Backups section (Back Up Everything and Restore) is in. Coming Later, not built yet: Handbook Builder (Part Two), Staff Paperwork, Forms in Spanish, Parent App. Next order: your full look-through, then fixes from your notes, then Part Two. How we do each project
The simplest way, every time. Follow the steps in order.
Curriculum activity sheets
You use: Scout (makes the sheets) + ChatGPT (uploads them) + Curriculum Organizer
One week at a time: letter, number, shape, color, and theme. 30 or more activity sheets, plus Play-Doh mats. For ages 3 to 4. The curriculum is always growing and never finished; you just keep adding to it.
- Scout gives you ideasEvery Monday, 2 to 3 fresh seasonal ideas. You say which ones you like.
- Scout writes the promptUsing your Master Bible. That one file has everything: the frame, the fonts, the rules, and the idea bank. You only upload that one file.
- One page firstScout makes one page first and perfects it. You approve it, and it becomes the master for that kind of page.
- Scout makes the restUsing the master layout, one page at a time. ChatGPT uploads the finished sheets. Every page uses the polka dot frame with your logo and the Name line across the top.
- Scout checks themEnough work on each page, space between items, letters mixed in (not all the same letter), dotted tracing for letters and numbers, cut-out pieces at the bottom or side when needed.
- File them by weekSaved with week page numbers like W08-01, and put in the Curriculum Organizer so you can find them again.

- Style and characters are lockedEach book has one look and one set of character sheets. Every new page uses those same sheets, so the characters stay the same.
- Scout builds one Book Bible and batch promptsScout builds one Bible file per book: the style, the characters, their sheets, and the script. You upload that one file with Scout's batch of page prompts, and InkWillow draws half a book or a whole book while you step away. Gemini paints the moons for Circle of Moons.
- Scout checks every pageSame character, same style, no extra text or logos in the art. If a page drifts, Scout has it redone.
